- You are fully responsible of the way you use your STIMCARD. There will be no refund or replacement in case of loss or robbery. If you buy more than your credit, the payment won't be granted. You have to manage your credit by your own. To help you, download the STIMCARD credit file.
- Maximum credit on STIMCARD is 1.500 €. If you ask for your credit, 15 € will be charged on your STIMCARD. A 10 % fee is charged on every amount added to your STIMCARD. Mimimum refill is 20 €, 5 € multiple.
- Your STIMCARD is valid one year after the last refill. You won't be able to buy if you have to physically show a credit card. Authentify with you CCV code for "Verifed by Visa" payments. The STIMCARD credit is in euros and can be spent anywhere in the world.
- There is no possibility to transfer credit from a STIMCARD. It can't be exchanged, refund or transformed into cash.
- STIMCARD can't be responsible for problems with what your buy with your STIMCARD. Every dispute must be directly managed with the website.
- StimOnLine is free to stop the service, reduce or amplify the recharge conditions and modify these terms of use at any moment, with no indemnity for the STIMCARD owners. Such modifications will be noticed on the www.stimcard.com in a reasonable delay.
