Choose VISA if your STIMCARD number starts with "4" and MASTERCARD if it starts with "5".
What if I buy more than my credit?
Your payment won't be granted. Maybe not instantly. But surely when the website ask for credit. Remember to follow your credit with the
STIMCARD credit file.
I want to buy in another currency.
I can't type the date.
If you can't give the date, try to phone to the website and give your STIMCARD number and date. Remember that your STIMCARD will be valid one year after the last refill. It has nothing to do with the date of your STIMCARD...
My payment is denied.
First of all, check that you typed correctly the number and the date. Then, check that there is enough credit on your STIMCARD. Sometimes, on line payments are versatile. Try again... Or call directly the website by phone to check what is wrong. Some sites may reject the mayment because the country of STIMCARD is different from their country or your delivery country. Again, try to call the web merchant. Or try another merchant!
