What if I buy more than my credit?
Your payment won't be granted. Maybe not instantly. But surely when the website ask for credit. RemeMber to follow your credit with the

I can't type the date.
If you can't give the date, try to phone to the website and give your STIMCARD number and date. Remember that your STIMCARD will be valid one year after the last refill. It has nothing to do with the date of your STIMCARD...
My payment is denied.
First of all, check that you typed correctly the number and the date. Then, check that there is enough credit on your STIMCARD. Sometimes, on line payments are versatile. Try again... Or call directly the website by phone to check what is wrong. Even if you authentify with your CCV code, some "Verified by Visa" payments may be rejected. Agin, try to call the web mecrhant.
I have a problem with my expanses delivery.
